Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in planning, building, driving and qualifying New Product Introduction (NPI) process stages throughout the Product Life Cycle (PLC) with engineering teams.
- Experience in managing capacity and deployment planning as it relates to data center infrastructure and standards (e.g., power, space, cooling, operations, network, servers, hardware products).
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with hardware programs (e.g., PCBA, L10 assembly) or networking products (e.g., NICs, switches, optics, racks).
- Experience in managing data center constraints.
- Experience in data center, networking and machine deployments, with an understanding of the deployment process.
- Knowledge of data center physical layouts, infrastructure, and standards (e.g., power, space, cooling, operations and network).
- Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) process and Product Life Cycle (PLC), as it relates to hardware products for machine learning and high-performance computing.
