Job responsibilities
- Help develop and operationalize key metrics to measure the current state, define what success looks like in the future, and enable strategic solutions and execution
- Contribute to communication materials for senior management and present project analyses and recommendations
- Analyze and breakdown complex business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions, including identifying key technologies or platforms that can solve business goals and managing vendor relations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs
- Proven ability to utilize analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into manageable tasks
- Experience in resource optimization and/or resource planning
- Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes
- Experience managing diverse sets of stakeholders, establishing productive working relationships with cross-functional teams, clients, and managing project governance
- Creative thinker and problem-solver with excellent judgment and follow-through
- Extensive experience planning and coordination skills to effectively drive multiple projects in an organized, detail-focused manner
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and keep numerous projects on track
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders
