This role is to deliver and provide core training for Verint’s platform capabilities – such as Recording, Quality, Analytics, WFM, Knowledge, Channel Automation or other components as needed.

Whilst being billable and customer facing, the AT will train Verint customers to help implement their solutions as effectively as possible – whilst also liaising with an assigned Consultant who will provide the wrap around for wider business challenge resolution, ROI, process change and platform adoption.

With a background in conducting training and leading workshops, the AT will lead the training element of the product delivery – working directly with customers to ensure they understand the features and capabilities of the platform – wider questions around best practice or design can then be fed into the separate consulting workshops.
