Your role:

• Regularly performing security checks and evaluations on systems, platforms, and applications to ensure they are configured securely with special focus on Microsoft Office O365.
• Executing various tools and scripts to assess and verify the security posture of IT configurations.
• Identifying potential security, configuration and permissions vulnerabilities in system configurations and working collaboratively with IT teams to devise and implement remediation strategies.
• Clearly and concisely communicating to end users and system owners regarding common issues with configurations and permissions, including step-by-step remediation guidance.
• Developing and maintaining documentation on configuration management security best practices and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years previous experience within information security.
• Experience in configuration management and security evaluations.
• Knowledge of and/or experience with the following:
  • Microsoft Office O365 administration
  • Microsoft Security Compliance Toolkit
  • PowerShell scripts
• Previous experience working within a large multinational company deploying information security capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset to analyze configurations and identify security gaps.
• Very good interpersonal skills.
• Technical certifications (e.g. SANS GSEC, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, etc.) would be a plus.
• Proficient English
