Honeywell Collections Analyst Italian and/or Spanish

As ahere at, Bucharest, RO, you will play a critical role in managing the collection’s function. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures and resolve customer issues and disputes related to collections. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in optimizing the collections process and reducing delinquency rates. You will report directly to our Collections Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Bucharest, Romania location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure past due and collection metrics are achieved on a portfolio of accounts

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the collections process and reduce delinquency rates

Provide regular reports on key performance metrics related to collection

Actively participate in Cash Calls and other meetings necessary for this position

Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, credit, or accounts receivable management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skill

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions without supervision
