As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the long-term planning. This role will be responsible for partnering with multiple stakeholders to forecast the business needs for the next 3 years. A critical part of this role is to develop stable models and to be able to take the stabilized models to the next level from an automation standpoint. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and HR stakeholders in a high-pressure environment. You will manage a high-visibility program and partner with all levels of leadership to exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not existKey job responsibilities- Retrieving and analyzing large sets of data using Excel, SQL, and other data management systems.
- Building and managing related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes.
- Generating complex queries to dive deep on process issues

- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
