Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field

    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field

    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 12+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.

  • 3+ years work experience in matrix-based organization.

  • 3+ years work experience in the technology or software industry.

  • Proven data and financial modeling capabilities, scenario analysis and ability to work with financial systems.
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis in a simple way, including communicating with executive level leaders.
  • Self-starter, ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, exhibit attention to detail, quickly prioritize for impact and the resourcefulness to deliver data driven insights.
  • Interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence and impact without authority, operate in ambiguity, and solve difficult problems, combined with the ability to prioritize and function well in a dynamic and matrixed environment.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and Tracking Metrics: Design, implement, and maintain financial and operational metrics and targets to monitor the performance of various projects and initiatives driven by the Continuous Improvement Team.
  • Supporting Business Operating Reviews: Assist in the preparation and execution of operating reviews by providing timely and accurate financial data, analysis, and insights.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
