4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, causal inference, time series analysis, and mathematical optimization.
Familiarity with Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and other causal inference approaches applied to measure incremental impact on sales from marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and associated Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
Strong programming skills, including data querying skills (SQL and/or Spark) and experience with a scripting language for data processing and model development (R or Python preferred).
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or related quantitative field (Masters preferred).
Experience in NLP and working knowledge of LLMs a plus.
Some experience working with different tag management solutions, including direct-to-page JavaScript implementation.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in coding and reviewing HTML, CSS, XML, and Javascript.
Capable of driving projects of varying sizes and scopes
Strong communication skills and the ability to naturally explain difficult technical topics to everyone from data scientists to engineers to business patterns.
Knowledge of database technologies such as Snowflake, MySQL, and lightweight user interfaces like Streamlit, Tableau and virtualization using Docker, Kubernetes.
