What you'll be doing - Prepare/review VAT calculations and returns for EMEA entities, ensuring timely filings and providing in-house VAT advice.
- Assist with income tax calculations and analytical tasks for EMEA entities.
- Perform/review tax accounting entries, reconciliations, and cash tracking.
- Collaborate with global tax and finance teams to improve processes and solve challenges.
- Drive tax process innovation and support projects like automation, Pillar Two compliance, and R&D incentives.
What we're looking for - Advanced degree in Accounting/Finance/Tax with strong EMEA VAT and CIT knowledge.
- 5+ years of indirect/direct tax experience in Big 4 or multinational companies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities across jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in Excel, English, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex tax concepts to non-tax audiences.
You might also have - Strong user and quick learner of technology and systems, including, but not limited to, Workday, MS office, Google suite, Alteryx, Onesource, etc.
- Knowledge of other European languages like Danish, Finnish, Swedish, French, German or Spanish
- Experience with US GAAP tax provision calculation
