Purpose of the role

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the inventory and supply chain of service parts for semiconductor equipment
  • Forecast demand and manage spare parts planning activities to ensure optimal stock level
  • Coordinate with global operations to ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and improve inventory management processes.
  • Daily check of due dates of parts for Field Service Orders, Customer Sales Order and Safety Stock for local depots in Countries and Regions globally.
  • Work under cross functional environment with multiple organizations (both local and global
  • Work in collaboration with other departments in the organization such as manufacturing, finance, engineering,purchasing etc.
  • Regularly track, follow up, and analyse Global Service Supply Planning KPIs using Excel and BI tools.
  • Initiate and lead continuous improvements in planning and distribution on a global scale.

  • Proven experience working in a similar role
  • Bachelors degree is desirable but not essential
  • Proficient and experienced in Excel and MS Office - SAP is preferable
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work across multiple disciplines simultaneously.
  • Willingness to undertake extensive work
  • Minimal travel will be involved with this role
