The Finance Applications Implementer will play a crucial role in the deployment, customization, and maintenance of finance-related software applications. This role requires a blend of financial knowledge, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure that financial systems meet organizational needs and integrate seamlessly with existing processes.
Application Deployment and Configuration:
- Maintain and lead the implementation and improvements of finance applications, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
- Configure applications to meet the specific requirements of the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
System Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration of finance applications with other business systems.
- Work with IT and other departments to design and implement integration solutions.
Customization and Development:
- Customize finance applications to enhance functionality and meet business needs.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they function as intended.
- Identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
- Validate and maintaining data models and improving the quality
User Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of finance applications.
- Create user guides and training materials.
Project Management:
- Manage implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ongoing Maintenance and Optimization:
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of finance applications.
What to bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting finance applications (e.g., ERP, accounting software).
- Experience with specific finance applications such as Oracle, Hyperion, Microsoft and NetSuite, Zuora Rev Pro & Zuora Billing (or any Billing system), API and software integration
- Experience with cloud-based financial applications.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
- Excellent project management skills and experience with project management tools.
