Key job responsibilities- Implement and oversee enterprise-wide maintenance management policies and mechanisms
- Spearhead the implementation and optimization of a multi-site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and longevity- Analyze maintenance data and key performance indicators to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize equipment maintenance operations

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of management experience
- Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams
- 10+ years of experience in equipment maintenance management
- Proven track record of implementing enterprise-wide maintenance management policies and mechanisms
- Extensive experience with CMMS software implementation and optimization
