What you’ll be doing:

• You will be accountable for analyzing complex datasets, automating processes, and deriving actionable insights that contribute to our strategic goals. Your main focus will be on defining and implementing data-driven solutions, providing valuable recommendations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and infrastructure.

• Data Analysis: Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.

• Automation: Design and implement automated processes for data collection, cleaning, and analysis, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in decision-making.

• Insight Generation: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business challenges and opportunities, providing data-driven insights to propose strategic decision-making.

• Solution Mapping: Map data-driven solutions to business problems, working closely with partners to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.

• Communication: Effectively communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical customers, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

• Visualization and Reporting: Create visually compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and findings to our customers.

• Storyboarding and Communicating Results: Craft engaging narratives around data findings and present results to partners and executives, effectively conveying the business impact of data science initiatives.

What we need to see:

• 12+ years of demonstrable experience in data science roles, with a focus on team leadership and project management.

• Demonstrated success in implementing machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems.

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead all aspects of the entire lifecycle of data science projects, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.

• Experience working with Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries.

• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Expertise in Machine Learning: Apply machine learning techniques such as Random Forests, Stochastic Gradient Boosting, Ensemble Learning, Gradient Descent Algorithm, Artificial Neural Networks, SVM, Naïve Bayes, Recommender Systems, Anomaly Detection, and Deep Learning.

• Solution Design: Develop innovative and effective solutions using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to address sophisticated business problems.

• Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and inspire a team of data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
