We are looking for a driven and passionate Highway Project Manager to support our transportation projects that focus on challenging highway, roadway, and interchange projects and pursuits. Your immediate assignments as Project Manager will be to oversee and manage transportation projects throughout Tennessee and be responsible for managing project teams to perform preliminary and final design engineering and prepare construction plan documents to satisfy requirements for local and state roadway projects.
Here's what you'll need
- 10+ years demonstrated experience in alternative delivery projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited University
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in Tennessee
- Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects
- Substantial years' experience on transportation projects with Tennessee DOT
- Established local and DOT client relationships
- Previous project management experience
- Demonstrated experience on various types of roadway design projects including design and plan development of new and rehabilitation highway projects
- Understanding of and practical experience applying the AASHTO design guidelines to transportation projects.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills
- Demonstrated communication and writing skills including technical report writing
