Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction, Applied Learning Sciences, Design or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Applying User Experience Design principles and methodologies to design, iterate, and prototype high-quality digital solutions from early concepts to high resolution mockups and
- interactive prototypes.
- Applying User Interface (UI) Design principles and methodologies to create mockups and design system UI components.
- Applying UX Research principles and methods, including interviews, focus groups, contextual inquiries, to collect information and synthesize insights from cross-functional stakeholders.
- Applying Visual Design principles and methodologies to design and evolve symbols and visual assets.
- Applying Service Design principles and methodologies to understand, analyze, and optimize process flows.
- Creating user experience flow maps and data visualizations.
- Using design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma, to create high resolution mockups and clickable prototypes.
- Using presentation tools, such as Keynote, to create presentations and communicate ideas and design solutions.
