Managed Services (MSE) is responsible for keeping the network running and proposing / conducting network upgrades based on business requirements. Covers technical managing and operating of agreed components of IT and telecommunications services provided to end users of Nokia customers, within contracts agreed with those customers.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN


Assist in the coordination and execution of specified project management processes such as fault coordination and reporting, scheduling, collating WHS and site documentation, site access and permits, PO and invoice management:

  • Ensures data consistency and supports data entry collection in relevant tools
  • Maintains Project Documentation libraries and registers

General Project Coordination and project management support tasks:

  • Provide effective administrative, project, and secretarial support to the FOPS team and subcontractors
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality meet Nokia and Client requirements
  • Coordinate release of subcontractor Pos.
  • Documentation management, filing, and storage of project documentation (soft and hard copies)
  • Assist in management of Technical Change Management Request / Approval for site outages
  • Coordinate site access and materials supply in line with scheduled activities and prescribed access protocols.
  • Coordinate plant and traffic management hire in line with scheduled activities supporting day-to-day field activities.
  • Assist with ad-hoc duties to support the smooth running of the project activities, as required by the State Manager (SM), Cross Team Leads/PMs, and Regional Local Leads.


Demonstrated Skills:

  • Proactive, with a high level of initiative in following up and seeing activities to completion.
  • Able to work closely with individuals in a Team environment, to ensure best outcomes for Nokia.
  • Attention to detail - strong ability to review and coordinate the appropriate documentation amongst relevant stakeholders
  • Best Practice approach to WHS&E and an understanding of general HSE requirements
  • Effective and confident communicator, both written and oral.
  • Ability to manage expectations of the internal team, clients, consultants, and contractors by means of efficient project coordination.
  • Highly effective time management and organizational skills – ability to effectively multi-task
  • Strong service delivery ethic.
  • General knowledge and experience of mobile networks
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure.

Takes actions that respect to the needs and contributions of others and reaches agreement through flexibility and compromise. Manages situations where there is a common desire to solve within a team. Sometimes requires the ability to influence others outside of own job area on policies, practices, and procedures. Builds cross-cultural knowledge and global mindset.Specialized or broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline. Typically 4-5 years of directly related experience and a graduate equivalent degree.
