We work on state of the art agentic systems built around Large Language Models (LLM). This is a fast paced dynamic environment to rapidly experiment and deliver scaled runtime solutions based on experiments and research based on LLM agents.As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the team, you will collaborate closely with science teams to bring research to production. This is a role that combines engineering knowledge (around machine learning, agent frameworks, computer vision), technical strength, and product focus. You will lead the design and development of novel ML systems, product integrations, and performance optimizations into production. While ensuring CI/CD compliance and ensuring best practices in software development and cloud infrastructure are followed (in the realm of scalability, security and availability).Key job responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and deploy inference solutions for high-end LLMs
- Explore emerging inference optimization techniques- Own the development and operationalization of solutions deployed in production.
- Design model experimentation processes and frameworks in synergy with our scientists.

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
