Inspire a team of people leaders and account managers focused on: scaling operational support for emerging markets, and overseeing Collaboration, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) with key channel partners• Present, defend, and influence business plans and channel insights to senior executive leadership both internal/external to Apple on a weekly basis• Influence and triangulate cross-functional alignment within a matrixed organization• Build highly effective partnerships with regional and global sales, finance and product planning teams to ensure operations plans meet sales requirements. Demonstrating unyielding ownership/accountability, and using these strengths to influence the direction of the business.• Identify and lead improvement opportunities inside Americas Operations and build the case for larger global projects. The candidate must also be capable of orchestrating the development and adoption of analytical models to evaluate complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive critical business decisions.• Drive innovation opportunities within our supply chain aimed towards achieving Apple's Sustainability and eco-friendly goals of Carbon Neutrality throughout our supply chain by 2030.
