We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team's success by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth order processing, and acting as a liaison between Sales and Operations. You will be instrumental in streamlining sales processes, fostering collaboration across departments, and ultimately driving customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will…

  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by handling tasks such as new account registration, order/contract creation, and data management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Sales Team, actively listening to their challenges and providing solutions.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, ensuring efficient order processing and clear communication between Sales and Operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales interaction records in CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to optimize the efficiency, productivity, and quality of the sales process.
  • Collaborate in developing sales plans, processes, and procedures, and create reports/dashboard to track progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure their successful completion

In this role, you’ll need …

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales administration, sales operations, or customer support.
  • Proficiency in Windows environment and the ability to learn new software applications like SAP and Salesforce quickly.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Collaborative, results-oriented, and customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to follow through on projects to completion.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and tactfully with internal and external stakeholders
