MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field /or 6+ years of experience working in a design or manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience working in a design or manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience of CAD/CAM software applications and/or Additive Manufacturing industry experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred experience with medical manufacturing process requirements, designing and implementing tools and fixtures, performing time and work sequence studies, and recommending adjustments to manufacturing operations, developing standard operations conducting various time and cost studies
- Experience with Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Numerical Control (CNC), Injection Molding, and Low-Cost/Fast-Turn Injection Molding industries
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to independently organize and prioritize multiple duties
- Project leadership and project management skills
- Good verbal and written communications skills and the ability to resolve technical issues while maintaining a good working relationship with the sales force, customers and internal employees
- Customer-focused attitude with a high sense of urgency and attention to details when handling customers, process, and machine-related issues is required, as well as a willingness and ability to work as an individual, and as a team, with multiple departments
- Experience in the medical device and component industry
