- Ensure appropriate services to the project are delivered through technical, engineering, project controls, commercial and financial support functions.
- Review, approve and ensure effective implementation of the Project Execution Plan, Procurement Strategies and Project Delivery Strategies.
- Challenge the design to ensure that the client receives the product based on international best practice.
- Promote and foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct meaningful inductions, performance management reviews and personal development plans that support the development of individuals and the business.
- Lead by example and ensure QMS and Project lifecycle compliance across their team and projects.
