Role Overview:
In this role, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and sales leaders to design training that drives results. From analyzing needs to creating compelling content for both online and in-person settings, you’ll be at the forefront of learning innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze training needs for diverse sales teams and clients to define measurable learning objectives.
- Design and develop dynamic, interactive online and classroom-based training materials for internal sales managers and external clients.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex product knowledge, processes, and systems into accessible, actionable training.
- Create visually appealing instructional graphics, interactive course materials, and intuitive user interfaces.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance the creation and delivery of innovative training solutions.
- Develop hands-on exercises, simulations, and activities to ensure knowledge retention and application.
- Promote training initiatives by crafting marketing content and strategies to engage internal and external audiences.
- Manage and maintain learning platforms, including the LMS, by updating materials, creating learning paths, and monitoring performance with data-driven insights.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and course archives for refinement and scalability.
