The role includes the responsibilityfor conducting needs analysis, designing learning solutions, developing content, and assessing its effectiveness.
You will interactclosely with software developers, SQA, engineering management, project managers, and a diverse group of cross-functional teams
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
- Develop content such as presentations, videos, courseware, workshops, quizzes, and more, by working with multiple SMEs and under a tight timeline
- Manage end-to-end projects to ensure that content is created and deployed properly in accordance with the project plan.
- Identify GAPS in current processes and work on improvements
- Developing technical or product content using multimedia authoring tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Camtasia; Familiar with LMSs)
- Working independently on multiple projects, as well as in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills and ability to work across groups, levels, and geographies
- Proficient level of English (Mother tongue - Advantage)
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships and work across multi-functional organizations.
In this role, you’ll need …
- Experience with instructional design tools (MUST)
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- A Bachelor’s degreein instructional design, educational technology, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience as an instructional designer
- An experience on SW or product implementation (advantage)
