WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will also plan and execute centralized, seasonal engagement plans and marketing campaigns featuring priority product and brand stories. You will leverage planning and analytic insights while collaborating with cross-channel teams to co-develop marketing plans in categories such as running, training, etc. You will also deliver regular performance analytics and incorporate them into the way we connect with our consumers, ultimately to meet brand and business objectives and promote growth.
Act as subject matter expert of the Nike owned platforms (Nike.com/Nike App), providing knowledge of the digital capabilities to maximize the channel to elevate the consumers’ brand experience and drive member engagement and retention.
Drive the digital offense against quantifiable outcomes and KPIs with accountability to Brand and Business.
Operationalize territory playbooks and toolkits with channel guidelines, member-journey frameworks, digital marketing capability use cases and best practices informed by data and insights to drive efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
Deliver inputs into city-led brand concepts and 365 seasonal campaigns, daily editorial content and production briefs to inform development and delivery of channel right content to match consumer intent and experience needs.
Partner with cross-channel teams to enable connected journeys across the ecosystem.
Partner with Geo and Global teams in the delivery/execution of new digital capabilities and innovative test and learn pilot programs for the city.
Serve as a Digital Marketing expert to the full City Marketing team in driving digital excellence and innovation.
Understand and apply analytics to improve the way we communicate and connect with our consumers across all digital channels and stores environments.
