Masters in Strategy or HR from a premiere B school

Experience in Learning & Development Leadership (15-20+ Years)
15-20 years of experience in L&D, with at least 5-7 years in senior leadership roles overseeing strategy, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
Proven experience working in professional services or consulting environments is critical to understand the pace, complexity, and sector-specific learning needs (e.g., risk management, finance, IT transformation).
2. Strategic Business Acumen and Industry Expertise
Familiarity with workforce advisory, internal audit, finance, risk, and supply chain management from an L&D perspective, ideally gained through consulting experience or working closely with these functions.
Experience in building learning strategies that align with business transformations, such as digital risk, analytics, and AI applications in consulting.
3. Demonstrated Success in Scaling and Managing L&D Functions
Hands-on experience in scaling learning functions in large, multi-geography organizations (over 10,000+ employees) is essential, showing an understanding of the systems, technologies, and structures needed for large-scale rollouts.
Proven budgeting and resource allocation expertise, optimizing investments in content, technology, and team structure for maximum impact and ROI.
4. High-Level Stakeholder Management and Facilitation Experience
The ability to engage with and influence senior leadership (C-level and SL/SSL leaders), often requiring 10+ years of experience in high-stakes stakeholder management.
Strong facilitation experience, with a history of leading discussions and workshops with senior executives, helping to bridge the gap between L&D and business strategy.
5. Technology and Data Proficiency in L&D
Knowledgeable about current L&D technology trends (LMS, LXP, data analytics, AI, AR/VR), preferably with at least 5 years of experience integrating these into learning strategies.
