Job Summary:The HR Services Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providingcomprehensive support across various HR functions, including Offboarding,Learning, HR Admin services, and other HR transactional activities. Thisposition is designed to develop skills and experience that will prepare theincumbent for future leadership roles within the HR department.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the offboarding process, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with managers and employees to ensure a smooth transition, including the return of company assets and updating records
  • Provide guidance on severance packages and other offboarding-related inquiries
  • Coordinate training programs and events, including scheduling, resource management, and tracking attendance
  • Assist in the implementation of learning programs by preparing materials, ordering supplies, and organizing logistics
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes, including onboarding, leave of absence management, and employee file management
  • Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
  • Support HR compliance activities, such as I-9 verification and benefits administration


HRTransactional Activities:

  • Handle various HR transactional activities, including data entry, report generation, and process documentation
  • Assist in the integration of HR systems and processes during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
  • Provide support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits

Skills andQualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Desirable experience in HR support roles, preferably in a shared services environment.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer service-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to offboarding, learning, and HR administration.
  • Project management skills and experience in process improvement initiatives.
