- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 12+ years of professional experience in technical roles, including software development and SRE responsibilities.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks and related technologies.
- Experience with distributed systems, containerization (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), and monitoring tools.
- Strong programming skills and systems design experience
- Proven capability to navigate and contribute to discussions on Cloud Provider Compute Environments, including the intricacies of AWS
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional technical writing, presentation, and documentation skills.

- * Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- * Familiarity with cloud-native architectures
- * Experience with compiler optimization, or hardware resource management
- * Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis problem solving techniques
- * Background in deep learning systems software and distributed computing
- * Track record of delivering large-scale ML solutions
- * Knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
- * Proven experience managing enterprise-scale technical relationships.
- * Demonstrated success in deploying and optimizing complex production systems.
- * Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) or SRE-related frameworks.
- * Public speaking experience at technical conferences or webinars.
