- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performance teams.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience within a software security team or a similar operating environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: application security, application development, or penetration testing.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate technically complex issues into simple, easy-to-understand concepts.

- Strong technical understanding of the OWASP Top 10.
- Experience reading and writing code in at least one programming language, including Java, Kotlin, Objective C, or Swift.
