Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years people management experience.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years people management experience.
• Experience with cloud native technologies, including Kubernetes.

• Recruit and develop a team of outbound product managers who can enable and accelerate Azure's cloud native business
• Build a strategy for maximizing the growth of Azure's cloud native portfolio
• Develop an approach for engagement between the cloud native team and our most strategic customers
• Establish a model for creating high-value external communities, including the Microsoft MVPs
• You will provide expert insights to help teams scale Product Marketing by building marketing and roll-out plans, as well as coaching them to create customer support plans. You’ll also lead them to promote the feature areas they worked on and oversee team presentations at large events.
