Key Responsibilities
Lead the R2R workstream for S/4HANA implementation, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Consolidation, and Financial Close.
Partner with Finance, IT, and Systems Integrators to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
Own R2Rkeydesign decisions, data mapping, and configuration oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Define and execute testing strategies (SIT/UAT), cutover plans, and post-go-live support specific to R2R.
process improvement and automation opportunities using SAP S/4 capabilities
Ensure controls, auditability, and SOX compliance across all R2R design and system build activities.
Collaborate closely with adjacent teams (O2C, P2P, Tax, Treasury) to ensure integration integrity.
Drive change management and knowledge transfer to Finance and Technology teams.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years ofSAP R2R experience, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets,Accounts Payable,Close Management, and Financial Reporting.
At least2full-cyclesSAP S/4HANA implementationwith direct ownership of the R2R workstream.
Deep understanding of S/4 coreCIM,datastructures,subledgers, and financial consolidation.
Experience in leading R2R design workshops, solution blueprints, and deployment planning.
Strong knowledge of financial compliance (SOX), controls, and data governance best practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
Preferred: Experience with SAP Group Reporting,BlackLine,andCentral Finance.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $152,500 to $262,350
