What you’ll do:
Sales Execution and Territory Growth:
- Own a book of prospects & existing AppsFlyer customers; focusing on net growth in identifying & negotiating new, renewal, cross-sell & expansion sales motions; consistently achieve revenue targets.Act as the primary business/commercial contact, taking a consultative approach to provide value to customers
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligning with the client's business objectives and growth strategies.
- Manage contract renewals and negotiations to ensure a mutually beneficial and long-term relationship.
- Evangelize AppsFlyer within your territory through prospecting, attending conferences and events, and speaking opportunities
Strengthen & Expand Customer Relationships:
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand the client's marketing technology landscape business objectives, challenges, and requirements.Utilize ongoing & consistent value selling, thought leadership, expectation setting, and communication, to expand and strengthen customer relationships across all customer touch points (C-suite to User) within marketing, product, business intelligence & privacy teams.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within the client's organization.
- Become a trusted advisor by providing insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance.
Own & Ensure Executional Excellence:
- Own sales execution with top-tier marketers within your territory.
- Ensure customer satisfaction & success by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) & proactively addressing any issues.
- Implement strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer retention.
- Be a product expert and have a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with solution architects, customer success, support, and partnerships, to understand and anticipate customers’ business needs, driving revenue and relationship growth of key accounts.
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to serving the client.
- Facilitate communication between the client and internal teams to address issues, deliver enhancements, and provide ongoing support.
- Co-lead executive business reviews with Customer Success teams.
What you have:
- 7-10 years of SaaS experience in Analytics, Mobile or the MarTech space
- Track record of successfully managing contract renewals and negotiations to ensure a mutually beneficial and long-term relationship.
- Consistently achieving quota targets & accurate forecasting
- Track record of successfully navigating complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Track record of analyzing data and metrics to create value based narratives & client recommendations directly impacting the client's organization.
- Track record of presenting complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, technical and non - technical.
- Expert of the Martech / Adtech ecosystem & competitive landscape.
- Curiosity to continuously acquire new skills and gain a deep understanding of our product.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to pivot sales strategies based on client needs and market changes.
- Highly proactive, taking initiative to identify sales opportunities with existing clients and prospects.
- Skilled at building strong, lasting relationships, focusing on trust, communication, and long-term partnerships.
- Willing to travel regularly.
