As a Digital Design Lead, you'll perform design/drafting assignments, requiring advanced working knowledge of design standards, practices and techniques using AutoCAD Civil 3D and of MicroStation while working collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the setup of projects on data sources and manage user access
- Provide software support for project teams and coordinate issues with IT when needed.
- Act as a liaison with IT and project staff to ensure functional and efficient hardware and software configuration for design staff.
- Provide CADD Leadership and production support for project teams, including Project Execution Plan documentation, project kick-off meetings, file exports and client deliverable coordination.

This position is paid hourly.
Here's what you'll need
- Technical certification or Associate degree
- At least 5 years’ experience with Microstation (InRoads or OpenRoads), AutoCAD Civil3D, Revit
- Advanced experience with ProjectWise and Navisworks (BIM 360 and Sharepoint a plus)
- Have knowledge and experience with civil design projects including topographic surveys, DTMs, grading, and utility layouts.
- Proficiency with general office software (Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) and visualization software.
- Ability to work independently, work and coordinated with various disciplines, and to manage multiple tasks and projects under constant deadlines, as well as anticipate, identify and resolve problems in a timely and positive manner.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Knowledge of Design-Bid-Build, Design/Build, IPD and other modern contractual delivery methods.
- Understands project workflows from design, estimation, fabrication, construction documentation, administration, and coordination.
- Autodesk Certified Professional or CM-BIM Certified.
