The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding and hands-on experience leading and driving Verification & Validation charter across diverse SOC product roadmap & portfolios. Experience leading a global organization will be key for this role.
Accountabilities- Drive SE Verification & Validation teams globally to achieve high quality pre-silicon Verification and Post-Si Validation, own test plans, define test methodologies, across our full portfolio of subsystems and SoCs
- Enable shift-left strategies to improve on design quality, predictability and first-time-right silicon solutions to enable fast time-to-revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with major EDA partners, embracing sophisticated tools for efficient chip design and development. Engage on flow optimization and automation planning and streamline such development
- Setup & management of Post-Si functional validation labs across geos to enable efficient silicon bring-up and productization.
- Drive development and engagement of a high-performing global organization and to establish consistency of TFM across all pre-si verification post-si teams globally.
- Accountable for budgets and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost constraints. Help identify critical cost functions and minimize/optimize them throughout the lifecycle of project development and productization.
Requirements:- Minimum 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with significant leadership roles in SoC development on leading edge nodes across multiple market segments
- Track record of efficiency improvements and quality assurance in verification and validation processes
- Track record of on-time, to-specification delivery of multiple complex projects in parallel
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor design, fabrication, and global market trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and motivating high-performing global teams.
- Ability to influence at all levels, across engineering and business organizations internal and external to Arm, in their peer group, across strategy and execution
- Prepared to challenge the status quo constructively at senior level
- Strategic problem solver with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Salary Range:$336,600-$455,400 per year
