About the Role

As the Uber Ads, Senior Strategy and Planning Associate (Mobility Rider Ads, LATAM), you'll play a critical role in driving business growth, shaping product strategy, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Mobility leadership to bring our advertising platform to life and scale it across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do
  • Champion and localize the LATAM Mobility Ads strategy, ensuring strong alignment across global and regional teams

  • Drive regional adoption of global ad products by crafting compelling value propositions and GTM strategies, in partnership with Sales

  • Establish and scale consistent operational processes—best practices, knowledge sharing, and communications cadences

  • Track and analyze performance KPIs, supporting business planning with insights and recommendations

  • Lead “test & learn” pilots with key advertisers to shape future product and GTM approaches

  • Build frameworks and deliver data-driven insights to unlock growth opportunities and address complex challenges

  • Act as the regional Voice of the Customer, translating market needs into product feedback and roadmap direction

  • Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to help evolve the Mobility Ads vision and long-term strategy

What You’ll Need
  • Full professional proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish — this is critical for success in the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sales, business operations, product strategy, program management, or account management—ideally within the digital advertising or media ecosystem

  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort engaging with executive stakeholders

  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in G-Suite tools (Sheets, Slides) and reporting best practices

  • Deep understanding of digital ads products, measurement, and media strategy

  • Experience working in matrixed or global organizations, and building relationships across cultures

  • An entrepreneurial spirit—comfortable with ambiguity and eager to build from the ground up

  • Ability to break down complexity and communicate clearly across stakeholder groups
