As aServer DLC Mechanical Principal, you willrovidethermaland mechanicaltechnical leadershiping and coordinatingliquid coolingsolution in Infrastructure Solutions Group organization forproducts. Your job scope is fromcomponent leveldesign and validation to system/Rack level implementation.with ODM, suppliers,(Mechanical/Reliability/EE/FW/Thermal/Platform)from productconcept to
You will:

• Develop, optimize, and implement DLC solutions for server products through proactively collaborating with all stakeholders through simulation, design, and validation
• Host global meetings with all stakeholders and manage development schedule for RTS requirement
• Design specification discussion and definition
• Triage issue and drive the root cause out
• Participate the key initiatives to make daily job efficient and maximize portfolio benefit

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or thermal engineering with capability of CAE/simulation and empirical tests
• 8+ years working experience as a DLC R&D engineer, not only on cold plate/tube routing design but also familiar to CDU and rack-level cooling facility
• Good Communication and presentation skill with fluent English
• Excellent capability for data analysis, root cause analysis, and issue triage. Deep understanding of DLC manufacturing process with DFM experience
• Personality: Optimism, passion, integrity, and hungry to learn
