Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the “voice of the customer” is reflected in all ecosystem solutions designed, built, and delivered
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs, market and competitive analysis, regulatory requirements, and other factors into product strategy and detailed design inputs
- Drive Ultrasound Digital collaboration offerings to meet the needs of customers, establishing clear value propositions and market in a differentiated way
- Be responsible for strategy and execution of the product roadmaps and new product introductions
- Define and own business cases in collaboration with Ultrasound segment product managers
- Develop and adapt business models as the digital healthcare market continues to evolve
- Maximize customer satisfaction and engagement with our solutions
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver world class solutions to customers while ensuring compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and commercial process
- Partner with internal and external domain experts to highlight emerging practice trends and product/content needs of the customer
- Support team execution by resolving roadblocks, and organizational interdependencies
- Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives
- Track metrics, budgets, programs, and projects using Lean principals
- Perform other duties asassigned.

- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in product management, product marketing, product development and/or related field, leading cross functional product life-cycle management, and/or large global projects.
Product Management Expertise:
- Demonstrated competency in providing leadership and direction to cross-functional teams and resources
- Proven experience in product life-cycle management
- Experience managing financials including business cases, budgets, spend, and liquidations
- Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
- Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
Business Acumen:
- Demonstrate ability to engage and communicate with customers
- Expert in navigating through business ambiguity and bringing clarity to business leaders and the team
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of business operations and strategic direction, including merger & acquisition opportunities
- Understands Medical Device Design Principals, requirements for meeting various country regulatory clearances, and demonstrates awareness of industry dynamics
- Understands industry trends and competitive landscape and the implications for GEHC business; partner with business leaders to align projects with business goals and needs
