Job Summary:
The CMMS Administrator for an Operation & Maintenance (O & M) team will manage the sites Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support the daily operations for an O & M team located in Austin, Texas. This position reports directly to the AUS Site Manager and has the sole responsibility to support site leadership and the O&M Staff by tracking, assigning, and monitoring all maintenance activities, spare parts, and reporting to meet all contract requirements.

Required Skills / Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Working knowledge and experience with “Maximo” CMMS software
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, ability to meet short deadlines
- Ability to function in fast-paced and at times stressful environment
- Ability to operate within a complex organizational structure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in computer science, IT or related field preferred
- At least two years of CMMS administration experience
- Experience working in non-standard office environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
- Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer
- Moderate walking
