Drive the measurement and monitoring of staffing and skills adequacy including dual roles and matrix reporting
Maintain the controls in relation to data sources, data quality and validation
Drive reporting and insights around status, gaps, remediation actions progress to management committees, board and regulators
Own processes that ensure workforce planning framework related to monitoring and process are effectively applied, with checkpoints throughout the process to mitigate risks and inaccuracies and their potential downstream impacts
Implement and maintain effective operational controls of the workforce planning process
Partner with Businesses and Functions, Finance, and Enterprise Workforce Management teams to develop impactful reporting and insights to deliver on growing internal and external requirements
Apply creativity and experience to develop monitoring insights, quarterly board reporting and regulatory updates.
Partner with HR People Analytics and Insights (PAI) on Dashboard roadmap
Qualifications:
10+ years experience
Experience in strategic workforce planning / management or management reporting / business intelligence with a headcount focus a plus
Good understanding of key principles involved in strategic workforce planning or background in financial planning, and business operations.
Ability to analyze data and prepare executive level reports and insights.
Experience in driving Transformation and Change management in a large, regulated organization.
Demonstrated experience of presenting complex ideas, data and analysis in a visually accessible way, ability to draft presentations and documentations to communicate key conclusions and complex issues to senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with good attention to accuracy and details, while keeping focus on the big picture; able to connect the dots across multiple pieces of work.
Hands on experience in executing and managing procedures and policies.
Experience in creating, tracking, and managing metrics.
Comfortable to work with ambiguity and managing high-paced environment with changing priorities.
Intellectually strong with a growth mindset, with a proactive can-do attitude to delivery and “get things done” in a tight deadline.
Ability to deliver results and on-time delivery of work.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills demonstrating cross-cultural understanding and knowledge across multiple geographic locations.
