Required Qualifications:
10+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
OR a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 8+ years partner management, sales, business development, platform ecosystem/network, or partner channel development in the technology industry
OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience with planning, budgeting, and other project management activities.
- 10+ years experience leading new/high-growth businesses, building growth plans and new product visions in partnership with cross-organizational teams and Engineering partners.
- 3+ years experience cultivating trust-based relationships directly with senior level leaders internally and / or VP or C-level leaders externally; industry connections and / or demonstrated ability to establish and cultivate senior level partner relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years Direct experience leading ENG partnerships in a resource-constrained environment where trade-offs and prioritization are a regular part of the business dialogue.
- Solid strategic thinker with a proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, and meeting deadlines in a leadership role; Prior experience in developing and operationalizing business plans.
- Passion for building, including all of the ambiguity, risk taking, failure and iteration at high rates of speed that is entailed.
