Job Description:
The ask: To succeed in this role, you’ll need expertise in market research, problem solving, influencing, storytelling, and executive-level communication. You’ll be working with senior stakeholders, from the C-suite to operational leaders, across geographies, businesses, and functions to bring clarity to their most pressing decisions. You’ll be responsible for conducting research that illuminate the market, product, and customer landscape for the entire organization.
Conduct and/or lead key qualitative (e.g., primary research, synthesis of secondary data sources) and quantitative (e.g., Excel modelling) analysis in support ofdeliverables
Synthesize research insights and implications for executive consumption in a way that facilitates decision making
Education, Skills and Experience
Minimum 2-3 years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy and/or competitiveintelligence
MBA or quantitative degree from a top school preferred but notmandatory
Experience in financial services (particularly payments), technology and/or e-commercepreferred
World class strategic and analytical thinking, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple sources of information (quantitative and qualitative) to solve complex problems in a structured, data-driven way
Experience in providing strategic advice to complex globalorganizations
Superior communications (verbal, prose, PowerPoint) and influencing skills
Track record of delivering tangible results
Appetite to learn and comfort withuncertainty

The US national annual pay range for this role is $176,500 to $262,350
