- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program or project management.
- 10 years of experience with construction contracting and the basis of pricing/methods of measurement on industrial projects.
- 10 years of experience in construction commercial/cost control, supply chain management, contracts management, or construction project management.
- 7 years of experience in a leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Knowledge of agreements, agreement law, and claims management processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of construction costs drivers, methods of measurement (basis of pricing), and how to influence them.
- Ability to lead, influence, coach, facilitate, build teamwork, and deliver results.
- Effective communicator of written and verbal information to all levels of management and across cross-functional teams.
