Your day-to-day:
- Process optimization: Support the optimization of PayPal’s enterprise planning process
- Research & analysis: Conduct and/or lead key qualitative (e.g., primary research, synthesis of secondary data sources) and quantitative (e.g., Excel modeling) analysis in support of deliverables
- Project management and execution: Manage strategic projects, delivering pragmatic, actionable recommendations for key clients. Coordinate execution of recommendations with key stakeholders as needed
- Thought leadership: Support PayPal’s Product & Technology leadership by developing and articulating opportunities to improve key product development processes
What do you need to bring:
- Minimum 2-3 year’s of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and/ or corporate strategy
- MBA or quantitative degree from a top school is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in financial services (particularly payments), technology, and/or e-commerce preferred
- World-class strategic and analytical thinking, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple sources of information (quantitative and qualitative) to solve complex problems in a structured, data-driven way
- Experience in providing strategic advice to complex global organizations
- Superior communication (verbal, prose, PowerPoint) and influencing skills
