- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience of people management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced practical experience.
- 10 years of experience managing programs and driving significant operational improvements.
- Experience establishing a culture of continuous improvement benchmarked against industry best practices.
- Expertise in advanced people leadership, including strategic talent development and resolving organizational ambiguity.
- Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills, with the ability to present compelling narratives to executive audiences.
