Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement fleet testing and validation improvements for faster engineering design cycle iterations
Coordinate software OTA rollout to our worldwide engineering fleet of prototype vehicles
Facilitate engineering vehicle allocation, tracking, use, and logistics across all engineering teams worldwide
Support defining test metrics and tracking of progress towards those metrics
Design, develop and maintain processes for engineering vehicle lifecycles worldwide
Create prototype vehicle build plans by partnering with engineering teams and factory build teams – strategizing how many vehicles we will build and for what use
Identify and resolve any process or tooling issues that slow down or impede development and validation, prioritizing time and engineering efficiency
Support quarterly global engineering fleet audits
Coordinate prototype hardware retrofit campaigns – partnering with prototype shops to execute, ensuring part and firmware readiness
What You’ll Bring
Experience in an engineering environment with responsibility for implementing efficient changes and streamlining processes
Ability to be resourceful, and autonomously drive solutions in ambiguous problem spaces
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience working in a fast-paced R&D environment on several different projects
Experience with Jira, SharePoint, Confluence
Demonstrated experience in coordinating with multiple cross functional teams
Driven and willing to undertake great challenges, and to manage development & validation projects across a variety of programs and initiatives, often with conflicting or overlapping priorities
Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals and product development lifecycle
