As an EPM, you will own the software product development cycle of the Tools team including defining and driving product vision, coordinating the team to deliver high-quality solutions, and optimizing performance based on customer feedback and data, all while ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, progress, and risks. You will approach your work with a user-centered design to advocate for the customer's needs, ensuring the product delivers strong value, effective adoption, and drives user engagement and retention. You will also be involved with continuous improvement and drive an iterative approach to product development.
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of software product or program management experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Proven ability to lead the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies
- Experience gathering customer insights, conducting user research, and iterating on product features
- Experience in a leadership role, driving product strategy, and influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Technical proficiency to grasp technical concepts and the ability to participate in technical discussions and decision-making with engineering teams and to learn more about relevant fields
- Proficiency in using data tools (to collect, process, analyze, visualize) to track performance and make informed product decisions
- Familiarity with Resource Planning tools or similar workforce planning, analytics products or internal productivity tools
