Your key responsibilities
• Managing the quality enablement functions related to GIA - these involve managing operations, tools, accesses, repositories
• Deliver high quality, client-ready output with minimal supervision
• Identify risks / issues and escalate to the relevant person in a timely manner
• Ensuring seamless audit performance by managing the audit backend operations
• Managing staffing activities for the GIA team
• Preparing reports and information for use by senior stakeholders
• Involvement in ad-hoc tasks requested by GIA leaders
• Utilize technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery

• Technical attributes:
• Analytical thought process to evaluate unstructured situations and provide logical conclusions
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient presentation skills, including the ability to create business documents, guidelines, and PowerPoint presentations

• Experience in working with Power BI would be a plus
• Motivated, quick-thinking, and dynamic individual with strong business acumen

• To qualify for the role, you must have
• Postgraduate/ MBA is preferred with 1+ years of post-qualification relevant experience
