Your responsibilities:

• Work closely with Finance BP and key supporting function team leaders (COP, ISC, BT etc.) to ensure GCR performance is transparently communicated
• Ensure GCR performance deck is delivered at high standard
• Support GCR market lead (CEO) on ExCo, SVB, MPR, FC, AOP, SPOR preparation
• Communicate with global management team on GCR financial performance
• Actively engage in GCR management meeting preparation and tell the story from financial performance point of view
• Lead GCR FP&A (co-work with HS and PH FP&A) to ensure the clear communication and finance discipline within the Finance organization
• Responsible for BMC / performance cockpit and drives the delivery of the business and financial plans. Drive analysis of business performance: sales, pricing, margin, credit management and costs (incl. Marcom spend).
• Contribute to regional and country Finance team to enhance performance
• Participate in finance and business management team and drive strategy development and financially sound business decision making with financial analysis, strategy modeling and portfolio management
• Participates with other senior leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of objectives.

• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years and a Master’s degree.
• MBA background and oversea experience is a plus.
