Job Description
Key responsibilities includes:
Collect customer insights and run market analysis for a clear understanding of the market landscape, customers and competitors
Lead cross functional teams in respective therapeutic areas
Develop and execute brand strategy based on inputs from all parts of organization as well as market insights
Run disease awareness activities in order to shape patient environment, creation of the assets and its adaption
Drive recommendation of selected groups of HCPs (Pediatricians, General Practitioners, Pneumologist) via omnichannel mix Lead successful launches for new products
Create tactical plans and customer solutions (including digital marketing) based on agreed strategy
Calibrate KPIs and delivering upon them Forecasting accurately
Monitor sales performance and track expenses according to budget
Support sales force team and be a partner in challenges coming from the field
Deliver brand communication assets and key solutions towards all critical customers and stakeholders exploiting all critical f:f and digital channels
Support access to our products in the market by developing solutions in close collaboration with Market Access, Trade Channel, KAMs or any other relevant teams
Strategy alignment
Gives strategic input based on the local environment and customer to the cluster team on customer strategy, brand strategy, key account strategy, MCM/Blended rep strategy
Develops a high understanding of the customers and stakeholders related to the brand: collects and collates customers’ needs, understands competitive environment and existing influence networks. Analyzes local market trends and identifies commercial opportunities for our brands
Adapts and aligns the regional brand plan to local needs delivering an country brand strategy and tactical plan, based on MCBM principles, in collaboration with the cross-functional team. Defines all activities and customer solutions needed and makes sure they are aligned with strategy. He/she monitors closely execution with all appropriate KPIs and is the one managing budget allocated to these activities. Delivers and monitors forecasting for all financial cycles of the company aiming at high accuracy levels.
Stakeholder engagement
Engages and inspires different internal stakeholders around the implementation of the brand strategy: i.e. drives/coordinates internal sales cycle and team meetings and provides business input in planning of advisory boards/external customer meetings, leads brand team meetings
Inspires sales force to be fully engaged towards brand strategy and customer solutions implementation
Rolls out regionally and locally developed customer solutions via the relevant stakeholders (e.g. KAMs, sales force): development of tools and services, training, tracking, etc.
Acts as in-country point of contact for all above market internal marketing stakeholders
Works with Scientific Leaders and other stakeholders in close collaboration with Medical Affairs (e.g., advisory boards/congresses), KAM, account/customer leads
Innovation
Identifies opportunities to optimize brand growth and profitability, aligns cross functional teams on priorities and provides all key input to sales and demand forecasting while allocating expenses budget appropriately. Monitoring sales performance and tracking expenses according to budget is critical part of the role
Delivers brand communication assets and key solutions towards all critical external customers and stakeholders, through all possible channels deploying an integrated MCM plan on top of the sales force interaction
Timely adjusts brand value propositions and customer solutions based on strong customer feedback and /or brand performance results
Requirements
University degree
Strong diverse marketing experience is a must (ideally Rx or OTC/FMCG)
Experience working in a similar role min 3 years
Capability to work independently and proactively. Manage own tasks and responsibilities.
Czech or Slovak languageand English Language is must
Driving license
