Role overview

As the Regional BMC Manager for our Financial Services Sector and Tax & Law departments you will work in partnership with the business leadership teams and BMC team to drive and deliver internal and external BMC projects/campaigns in the CESA Region. You will plan and execute the communications and stakeholder engagement aspects for the relevant parts of the business as well as BMC strategic projects and initiatives. You will work with Global and EMEIA counterparts to drive awareness, share best practices, cooperate on joint projects and bring key knowledge to CESA Financial Services Sector and Tax & Law. This involves dealing with people from different cultures and backgrounds every day, providing continually fresh challenges and learning opportunities.

Your key responsibilities

• Deliver regionally driven Financial Services Sector and Tax & Law BMC activities in CESA, in full alignment with the EY Global BMC strategy and EMEIA and CESA BMC priorities.

• Execute the strategy with a focus on delivering results and business outcomes to drive engagement and increase consideration.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Financial Services Sector, Tax & Law and BMC trends and reflect them in the strategic CESA BMC approach.

• Embrace innovation and digital approaches together with traditional forms of communication.

• Embed measurement and reporting into all BMC initiatives.

• Plan and deliver external marketing campaigns to promote our services, solutions and business expertise in the market:

  • CESA marketing campaigns for strategic solutions – write social media, web content and press releases
  • Regional events/webcasts – advise on and coordinate with internal stakeholders; prepare communications
  • Branded materials and thought leadership/brochures – manage production
  • CESA/EMEIA/Global marketing campaigns – cascade to Country BMC contacts

• Plan and deliver internal communications to ensure the engagement of our professionals with business priorities, initiatives and news:

  • Leadership messages – prepare in written and video format
  • Newsletters and articles – request and gather content, write and edit content, arrange formatting
  • Townhalls/webcasts – advise on and coordinate with internal stakeholders; prepare communications
  • SharePoint sites – set up, populate, maintain
  • Special campaigns – prepare communications using all relevant channels
Analytical / decision making responsibilities

• Responsible for the management and effectiveness of linking CESA business and BMC priorities to deliver best execution

• Manage the demand for projects and prioritize resources accordingly

• Manage projects from start to finish, including project management and stakeholder management

• Balance competing priorities and multiple projects

To qualify for the role you will have

• 7 years of BMC experience, ideally in a professional services firm

• Fluent English, native-English speaker level (both spoken and written)

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level of study), ideally in Marketing or Communications

• Experience from a consulting company is an advantage
