Senior Manager, Change Management – Commercial Bank

Our integrated team delivers expert change management solutions, enables sustainable transformation and ensures effective change management and communications strengthen every client and associate interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive change management framework that optimizes client and associate experience and balances risk mitigation with accelerated value creation across Commercial Bank

  • Partner across the Commercial Bank Office of the President, Transformation Office, leadership teams, and key stakeholders to design and implement change strategies for major initiatives

  • Oversee the creation of change management plans, including impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, change communication plans, and other change execution strategies

  • Build and scale a sustainable change management center of excellence, developing capabilities and processes that can be leveraged across the organization

  • Develop strategic narratives that drive understanding and confidence in transformation initiatives

  • Measure and report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and business impact of change initiatives

  • Lead and develop a team of change management professionals, providing coaching and career growth opportunities

  • Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance across the organization

  • Partner with Internal Communications team to ensure alignment of change communications with broader organizational messaging

  • Proactively engage with risk and regulatory stakeholders to secure early buy-in for transformation initiatives

  • Establish change management methodologies, tools, and templates for use across Commercial Bank

  • Advise senior leadership on complex organizational change, providing strategic counsel and influencing on sequencing and implementation approaches

  • Demonstrate success in leading change management for large-scale transformation initiatives

Additional Responsibilities:

  • You have experience building change management capabilities in complex organizational environments

  • You excel at developing integrated approaches to change that move beyond siloed initiatives to holistic transformation

  • You can effectively optimize for client and associate experience, balancing risk mitigation with the need for accelerated value creation

  • You have a proven track record of driving associate confidence in strategy execution through effective change management

  • You are skilled at developing strategic narratives that enhance adoption of transformational change

  • You can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, including regulatory considerations

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience

  • At least 8 years of experience in change management or organizational development

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience as a change management practitioner in financial services

  • 9+ years of experience in change management or organizational development

  • 4+ years of leadership experience

McLean, VA: $154,600 - $176,400 for Sr Manager, Process Management Plano, TX: $140,600 - $160,400 for Sr Manager, Process Management Richmond, VA: $140,600 - $160,400 for Sr Manager, Process ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
